Instant OfficeView is an in-out board that does not need a central server to operate. It is easy to install and requires no administration. It has automatic In and Out posting, permits employees to prepare personalized remarks, an option that allows users to know who are currently using their computers and which workstations are not running OfficeView. Information and messages are exchanged instantly. The messaging system can be disabled.
