You can organize information (files, photos, WEB pages, emails, newsgroups etc..) you access regularly using familiar, everyday office supplies (folders, binders, filing cabinets, etc.). It's easy because you don't have to remember the exact name of the document or where you put it. Just visually locate it in an ordinary office environment.
