WindowBlinds allows users to totally change the look and feel of Windows to meet their needs. It's more than just eye candy though, user created "skins" can add extra functionality to Windows along with restrict what users can do with their windows if necessary.

WindowBlinds 4.5 includes the new ability to change the color of visual styles through hue shifting along with modifying the brightness and saturation of the visual style.
