RinGo allows you to make calls from any place in the world from your PC without the use of PSTN for local and international calls. Instead of a regular phone you may use your PC equipped with headset and Internet-connection instead of regular telephone line.Changes in version 0.6:
If your PC is located beyond a firewall, you have to open following ports in firewall settings: tcp: 1719, 1720, 3479, 3478; udp: from 1024 to 65535
