FotoTagger Review

FotoTagger is a free tool for annotating JPEG images. Add easy-to-hide notes pointing to individual elements on the image. Find an image by textual notes. Upload pictures to Flickr and download them back to FotoTagger; annotations preserved. Publish images to blogs. Export whole folders with annotated images to HTML and create slide shows for your Web site. Edit an image in an external editor without the risk to lose annotations.

Changes in version 2.10:
FotoTagger 2.10 can display your tags in a form of balloons. Create talking pictures and books of comics from your photos now! It works fine for image macros (Imageboards, Lol cats, chans).
