XP Home Permissions Manager Description

Normally XP Home does not have a permissions editor (like Windows XP Pro), so user have to use console tool cacls.exe.

XP Home Permissions manager is software provides a GUI to manage files and folders permissions on Microsoft Windows XP Home edition.

Permissions manager is implemented as shell extension. This allows anyone to put “Security” property page to “Properties” page of any object shell interacts with.
