ipSkin is a library of components which gives you the ability to create a "Skin-Enabled" applications. The library is easy in use, it is enough to put one non-visual component on your main form and whole application will be skinned including forms, controls and dialogs.
The ipSkin library support ICQPlus skin files, thus your users will have the ability to choose one of more than 1000 skins.
