VSPD CE creates two pure virtual serial ports in your system which are virtually connected to each other. Virtual serial ports look and work exactly as two real serial ports connected via null-modem cable for Windows CE applications. Compatible with any Windows Mobile device with OS up to WindowsCE 5.0
