Actual Drawing is a visual Web Authoring tool, which helps you make Web Pages without having to know HTML, simply by dragging and dropping page content. The program has own image manipulation features, that you can easy add shadow to image or text block, make it glow, and transparent. It converts all graphical content of page into web compatible images with optimized size, and has a support to upload Web page to Internet.
