Shut Down Expert does not work with my DeskjetD1320 printer. After the SDE "awakens" from hibernation, the printer will not respond. Thus hibernation/awakens commands are not useable for me, and this was the reason I purchased the software. Tech support for SDE says its the printer driver, HP tech support says it's SDE since the printer works fine with SDE not installed and all the troubleshooting steps have been followed successfully. I'm inclined to think that SDE is not compatible with my printer. I must restart the computer to get the printer to work.
