Unlock an Access MDE database allowing design changes to be made to forms and reports. Functionallity changes can be made by using macros. Also allows creation of new forms and reports.

Note: VBA modules remain compiled and locked.

This program now supports Access 97, Access 2000, Access 2002 and Access 2003 only.
